Need to Make a Return?

Hopefully you love everything you purchased from us, however if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at buttonedup@gmail.com.

Merchandise can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to our commitment to excellent customer service we strive for the quickest turnaround possible and are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed. Your credit card is immediately charged at the time of purchase and you will receive an email confirming your order.

NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEMS INCLUDE THE MONDAY MARKDOWN SECTION, LAST CHANCE SECTION, AND ANY ITEMS MARKED DOWN BY 20% OF MORE. 

Store Credit:

Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. (please see below for eligibility of returns). We no longer offer refunds – NO EXCECPTIONS. Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order.  This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase.  There is no expiration on store credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility. Returns that do not meet the below guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. 

Store credit eligibility:

• Return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The product isn’t used or damaged. Worn, washed and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
• For defective item claims, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

How to Make a Return:

1. Before making a return, please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
2. Complete the return checklist found in your original order. Don’t forget to fill out the reason for your return.
3. Place the completed form and return in a package, then mail it to us at
